Other things to note Both beds are king-size, 180x200 cm. The mattresses are anatomical, medium-to-soft feel, with individual pocket coils, antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties. The sofa bed is pretty comfortable with a sleeping area of 150x200 cm, like a queen-size bed. There is a full wardrobe in every bedroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a full bathroom and a dedicated terrace. All appliances are of top quality: quiet Toshiba™ A/C in every room, LG™ refrigerator and washer, Indesit™ oven and stove-top, Nespresso™ coffee maker. There is always plenty of hot water available, delivered from a 200L Maltezos™ Water Solar Heater. All walls and roof are heat and sound insulated. The window frames and the electric roller blinds are made of aluminium and are also heat and sound insulating with triple glazing. The private pool is 3x6 m and 1,25 m deep.
