Coral Bay Outlook - spectacular views with privacy

Our comfortable 3BR/3BA villa overlooks Coral Bay harbor and offers panoramic views from the two decks of St John. The house is private and quiet but within walking distance of the waterfront with restaurants, shopping and water sports rentals. Seven of the island's best beaches are within 10-15 min drive. Vacation here or work remotely on Zoom using our fast Wifi available in every room. Chrome cast to the smart TV to catch your favorite shows. Washer, dryer, and private parking included. The space The view is breathtaking, and you can enjoy it in perfect privacy while eating breakfast on the deck in your PJs or enjoying cocktails in the evening. Our road is quiet with few cars. The main floor has a great room with a tall ceiling, very light and airy. There are two bedrooms, 2 baths and the main kitchen here. On our garden level, there is the third bedroom, bath and another small kitchen and sitting area - perfect for grandparents or nanny accompanying a family. The two decks provide amble room to sit and BBQ. Guest access Our guests have access to our entire property including private parking and a washer/dryer. Other things to note St John, US Virgin Islands is a very beautiful island and nearly 70% of the island is within the National Park. The terrain is very steep in many places and a 4wheel drive is advised. You should rent a car because buses are infrequent and it’s difficult to get to the beaches or hiking without a car.
