Spanish Keys Penthouse

This beautiful penthouse apartment with 2 floors on a peaceful small gated resort has a stunning view over the Spanish Waters and the harbour. You find yourself in a Florida Keys kind of environment with a beautiful tropical garden. It is a nice and quiet resort which is very near the stunning beach of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. The space The first floor is on the second floor and is very roomy with a comfortable living area, smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen is very large and has all the amenities you ask for. The large fridge and freezer also provides you with cold drinkable water, ice cubes and crushed ice. On the first floor is also the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The master has a ensuite large walk-in closet and a large completely renovated bathroom. The second bathroom is also renovated and on this floor. The deck is overlooking the stunning tropical garden, pool and harbour is also accessible from the first floor of the apartment. The second floor has a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and a large closet. All the rooms including the living/kitchen have airconditioning. Guest access The penthouse is located within a gated community. Our host will open the gate for you upon arrival. Upon check in you will receive your own set of keys. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! Security Deposit & Energy Usage A USD 350 security deposit is required for excessive energy usage, any additional cleaning if applicable or potential damages, Energy and Water Consumption - The rental rate includes 5 kWh per person per day for standard energy usage. Overconsumption will be charged at $0.60 per kWh. Water usage is included. - Meter readings will be taken at both check-in and check-out to accurately determine energy usage. Additional cleaning services - An intermediate cleaning ($90) is mandatory for stays exceeding 7 nights. - Additional cleaning costs due to factors like leaving the BBQ dirty, smoking indoors, or leaving the accommodation excessively untidy will also be deducted from the deposit. Refund Process The remaining deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after check out upon completion of an inspection by our cleaning staff to assess any damages and calculate charges for excess energy usage and interim cleaning.
