Relaxed setting, beautiful panoramic bay views. Built in 2005, my house is open plan with spacious indoors and a large out-door living space, swimming pool, jacuzzi, bar-b-q and multiple seating / dining areas. Robyn's Nest offers you many of the best attributes of Caribbean living and life style. Located 25 minutes drive from the airport and St. George's University. Nearest beach is a 20 minute walk. Yacht Marinas, Restaurants and Rum distilleries located in the general area. The space My house is split level in design. The main entrance is located on the top level (Level 1). Located on this level are the two car covered garage, kitchen, dining room, living room, guest wash room (powder room) and en-suite bedroom no. 3 consisting of a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 4-poster double bed. Bedroom no. 3 opens onto the covered wrap around balcony with a seating / dining area. Stairs take you to level 2, where Bedrooms no. 1 and no. 2 are located. Bedroom no. 1, the en-suite Master bedroom has a king size bed, and a large walk in closet. Bedroom no. 2, also en-suite has a Slay bed (double bed), and a smaller walk in closet. Both bed-rooms open directly onto the Jacuzzi balcony. Also located on Level 2, are the laundry room and access to Level 3 in-door recreation room (alternatively can be used as office space for any 'home workers'). Level 3, the out-door living area. Located here are the swimming pool, sun deck, covered seating / dining area, swimming pool, shower and toilet facilities for convenience. Level 2 Jacuzzi balcony is also accessible via stairs from Level 3. Guest access Your booking allows you access to the entire house, including all three en-suite bedrooms and out-door living spaces on Levels 1, 2 and 3. Other things to note There are many steps in my house, so its not convenient for persons with walking disabilities or requiring wheel chair access. There are no accessibility ramps through-out the property or hand rails in the bathrooms. No bathtubs, only showers without shower chairs. My house is designed for adults, not recommended for young children. There are several glass tables, multiple steps through-out the property without child safety gates, electric sockets are not child proofed. High railings through-out with open spaces. Crib and child bed / play pen are not provided. A very high level of supervision by adults is required at all times for all children. Located in a residential area, so no parties nor visitors allowed. Only the persons staying at Robyn's Nest are allowed on property to use the facilities. Front door security camera in operation. This is a house / home, not a well appointed villa, or a fancy hotel. Built in 2005, the kitchen and bathrooms and jacuzzi are from that era. Designed for my use and comfort, you are welcomed to enjoy as is. House is wired with both 220 and 110 electric voltage outlets.
