The space This unit is perfect for: - Families (with or without pets) - Groups of friends sharing - Visiting business professionals (there's a desk / chair and strong wifi) The development is very quiet and peaceful yet just a 5 min walk from Frigate Bay's restaurants and cafes, such as the popular Rock Lobster, Coconut grove or Rituals (the island's answer to Starbucks). And just 10 min walk (2 min drive) away is the Strip - the main place on the island for nightlife on the beach. With many restaurants and bars, this is the place to be if you want to party into the early hours or have a drink and watch the sunset on the beach. For example, Rock Lobster is one of the best seafood restaurants on the island. Or there is Coconut grove which is fantastic for brunch or snacks. Or Rituals, the islands answer to Starbucks, where you can meet friends or sit and read a book over coffee or snacks. All are just 3-7 mins away by foot! Plus there is a Rams supermarket just 5 mins away. And a mini-food court that offers high-quality thai, sushi, Indian and local cuisine to eat in or takeaway (approx $10 US per meal) is also just a 5 minute walk away if you just want something low-maintenance. So in this respect, the apartment is perfectly located. Everything is on your doorstep. And that's before even arrive, as the apartment itself is beautiful. Situated on the second floor of the building, you arrive into a large living room space with a large veranda facing the beach and mountains. Honestly, this view is my happy place. It's breathtaking. The mountains are green and lush and are the gateway to the stunning and unspoiled south east peninsular that St Kitts is renowned for. And you can lose yourself completely watching the waves of the Atlantic ocean roll in and out over the white, sandy beach. It's so peaceful - I'd move there tomorrow if I could! Adjacent to the air-conditioned living room, there is a large fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave and all mod cons as well as a blender for soups , baby-food or frozen cocktails. There's a lovely kitchen table for dinner with friends or family, as well a washer dryer and large fridge freezer. On the ground floor there is also one large bedroom next to a bathroom - the bedroom has a kingsize bed and opens up onto the stunning view of the beach and mountains. Then it's up the stairs to the first floor of the unit. On your left is an extra living or eating space - or chill out area for those who want a retreat within a retreat. This has another table as well as a comfy sofa and of course it's own air-con unit. Then on the other side upstairs, there's a huge bedroom with a kingsize bed as well as a desk and chair for those who want to work or spend time online at a desk during the trip. There's also an extra sofa bed if you are part of a large group. Then there's a bathroom with a strong shower and his and her wash-basins, perfect for the hectic family or friendship group, and another large, comfortable bedroom with a kingsize bed. Towels are of course provided - this unit offers everything you could want for your Caribbean getaway. Guest access You can use the entire apartment - make yourself at home!
