Ancient house in the rock, once the home of a magician. Reported as a tourist attraction by the "Lonely Planet". Renovated respecting the original architecture but with all modern comforts. Fast Wi-Fi. The space The house is listed by the famous "Lonely Planet" guide as a tourist attraction. Built entirely by hand in the rock, it was formerly the home of a magician, as indicated by a plaque of the Municipality at the entrance. From the gate, you enter by climbing stairs carved into the rock. You enter a first room with two windows, a rock floor, a ceiling with wooden beams and a cave in the rock with a kitchen and a table for eating. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, oven, refrigerator, and various. Here is the old stone fireplace, usable. Then you enter a large living room with a balcony, parquet and ceiling with wooden beams, where you can watch television, listen to music (stereo with a collection of CDs available and the possibility of connecting your smartphone). There is an armchair and a comfortable sofa bed where two people can sleep. The room has a second modern fireplace, which can also be used. Passing under an arch you enter a small cave with a double bed: a truly unique place to sleep! The bathroom is located on the stairs, inside the property, for the exclusive use of the house (see photos). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house: the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom in the rock, and the bathroom, located on the stairs but for the exclusive use of the house. The two fireplaces are well-functioning and can be used (wood available). All cooking and eating utensils, fridge, oven, blender, citrus juicer and various utensils are available. Possibility to use the satellite television, the stereo/radio with CD player and the possibility to connect the smartphone, DVD player and Xbox 1 with a collection of games, hairdryer, iron. No smoking inside the house, but you can smoke on the balcony. No pets allowed. Other things to note Where is the bathroom? Warning: the house is an old house carved into the rock. This makes it absolutely unique, but it involves a small inconvenience: having the bathroom on the stairs. When it was built, the houses did not have bathrooms inside!!! To preserve the structure as originally built, it was decided to place the bathroom in the stairs. Please note that the bathroom is inside the property, therefore indoors!!! The gate is closed with a plexiglass glass structure to preserve from the cold and a curtain to ensure maximum privacy.
