Please avoid using the hot tub for 6 hours after cleaning, per the cleaning company’s guidelines. Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Tuesday. They do not need access to the home, only the garage which is not accessible via the house and is reserved for maintenance and owners storage only. 🌡️ Smart Thermostat: The home is equipped with a smart thermostat that can be adjusted by turning it left or right.
