The space In exclusive rental, Villa AYA is decorated with unique objects sourced from local artisans and antique dealers, as well as from our travels. It is equipped with all modern comforts to offer you an authentic and relaxing stay. Nestled between a verdant garden and a lush tree-lined patio, you'll enjoy the proximity of traditional souks and golf courses, while benefiting from a privileged oasis of calm. Its immediate proximity to the Medina - the historic city - Gueliz - the new town - and the Hivernage district, where you'll discover a host of attractions, makes it a strategic location, a source of relaxation and synonymous with a successful stay. All our rooms are independent and have their own private bathroom with bathtub. The large, comfortable and welcoming living areas are an essential part of your stay with friends or family. The large, bright dining room is also ideal for hosting business meetings. They include local products such as juices, crêpes, msemen, jams and honey, as well as fresh fruits, toast and eggs. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requests or restrictions. Water and cold drinks are freely available in the kitchen fridge. Sana, our housekeeper, will be on hand discreetly from 08:00 to 14:00 to prepare your breakfast, clean your rooms and maintain the Riad. Bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed at your request. Our lunches and dinners (extra charge) are cooked with fresh produce and prepared directly with you according to your preferences. Please order 24 hours in advance. We also offer an on-site massage and treatment service. A moment of relaxation to be booked 24 hours in advance. We are available at all times to meet your expectations and create unique moments adapted to your desires: restaurant reservations, excursions, cab service or simply to advise you throughout your stay. Guest access Ideally located, our villa is just minutes from the airport, the city's main golf courses and tourist attractions. On request, we offer a chauffeur-driven transfer service (extra charge) to facilitate your arrival and departure from the airport or any other location. It has direct car access and a private parking. You will have exclusive access to all areas of the Riad except : - A technical room on the ground floor/ laundry as well as a storage room and WC/shower for staff. - A second service entrance dedicated to staff for discreet access to the Riad in the morning. Other things to note We offer a transfer service for your departure and arrival to make your travel easier. We remain at your disposal for any cab orders, excursions, reservations, restaurants or other services to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The Riad is located in a quiet, secure area, and no parties are allowed. In accordance with Moroccan law, a copy of each traveler's identity papers will be requested on arrival, and no persons other than the occupants of the reservation will be admitted without prior agreement. Unmarried Moroccan couples (or couples with dual nationality, one of whom is Moroccan) are not admitted under local law.
