However, you will be responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. FAQ's... Do you offer early check-in or late check-outs? • No. Our home is in high demand! We use this precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to complete any maintenance tasks so your stay is uninterrupted. If additional time is important to you, we recommend booking an additional night for your stay. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? • No, unfortunately, we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time. Is the home suitable for children? • Our home can be great for children of all ages. We do offer a pack-n-play, kids' dinnerware ( Dishes & utensils), High Chair, Books for kids. Do you offer a cleaning service? • Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis for an added cost. Just ask us! Other Things to Note: • NO parties or loud music; $500 fee - Quiet neighborhood 10 pm-8 am • Pets: No pets allowed $350 fee if brought without permission. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required for Service Animals • No smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $500 fee • No unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest - please double check your registration information at the time of booking and before arrival and let us know of any changes.
