You will be welcomed in this new house of 115 m² built in 2023 and located in a quiet and suburban area of Eaubonne. The house is very well insulated and very quiet like the neighborhood. It is a 7-minute walk from the Gros Noyer Saint Prix train station, which will transport you to Paris Gare du Nord in 22 minutes via the H line of the transilien. The line J of the transilien and the C line of the RER both nearby, will allow you to quickly reach most of the Parisian tourist sites. Built on 2 floors, the house is composed of: - Ground floor: Entrance, large living room of 35 m², dining area, large kitchen with new 2024 appliances (American fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.), toilet, access to the garden. - 1st floor: Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, a master bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), a second large bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. - 2nd floor: Bathroom with velux, shower, toilet sanitizer, 2 large bright bedrooms with velux (2 single beds of 90 x 190 in the first bedroom - 1 double bed 160 x 200 and 1 single bed 90x 190 in the second bedroom). The organization of events is not allowed (e.g. baptism, wedding, birthday, etc.), and family meals remain ancillary to the overnight stay and not the subject of the reservation. Guest access The house is for your exclusive use, as well as the enclosed garden. Only a locked garden shed is not at your disposal at the back of the house. The entrance to the house is from the street, through a gate giving access to the garden and the front door of the house. The owner lives near the house and will welcome you upon arrival between 4pm and 9pm. We can be flexible if you let us know in advance. When you arrive you can park in front of our gate, a detailed message is sent to you at the time of booking.
