This guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river running right next to it, so you can enjoy nature during your stay. There is a cafe with a hedgehog motif on the ground floor, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can also take a bus from the bus stop, a 4-minute walk from the guest house, to JR and Hankyu stations, making transportation convenient. There are also delicious bakeries and convenience stores nearby, and a shopping mall is about a 20-minute walk away for you to enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, separate toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays. The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. Our guest house is a building that retains the goodness of an old Japanese house.For example, the bedroom with all the old-fashioned tatami mats has beautiful columns.You can enjoy the atmosphere of an old-fashioned Japanese house with windows that let in soft natural light, old fixtures, etc.This is linked to the idea of "Yabi Sabi", a Japanese aesthetic. "Lombi" is a concept that values imperfect beauty than perfection, the taste of something older than the new, and the depth that you can feel in silence.Older buildings and furniture make you feel the history that has been cultivated over the years.We believe that there is warmth and calm that is not new. It would be great if you could feel the world view of "Wombi" in our guest house. Towels and bath towels are provided for 3 days, but there is no replenishment.If you are staying for more than 3 nights, please do your own laundry and use it. Since it is located in a residential neighborhood, please be mindful of voice and noise at night, and please be considerate of neighbors. Other things to note The front desk is RICCIOcafe on the ground floor. Check-in is possible after 3 pm, but please contact us in advance if you will arrive after 7 pm. Check-in time is until 22: 30. The room is a Japanese-style room, so please put your suitcase in sideways, not facing down. No Smoking allowed in the room. Towels and bath towels are provided for 3 days, but there is no replacement. If you are staying for 3 nights or more, please wash and reuse them yourself. We can accommodate up to 2 guests in a small car. The RICCIO Cafe on the ground floor is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and rainy days. ※ The rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke and the tatami mats or sheets in the room smell, we will charge you the replacement cost for the number of days we are unable to➕ operate. ※ If you lose the key, you will be charged the actual cost of replacing the key. ※ No one other than the person who made the reservation is allowed to enter.
