This amazing apartment is located on the main shopping street of Barcelona, Rambla Catalunya, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, which makes your stay super pleasant and there is always something to do. Paseo de Gracia is only a few meters away, which is known for its boutiques. As the apartment is centrally located, it is easy to communicate with the city, with metro and bus stations within 5 minutes walking distance. The space The building has a small elevator that takes you to the door of the apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated with natural oak floors, which creates a warm atmosphere. On the other side of the large entrance door, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The modern living room has a corner sofa and a coffee table extended by a small but beautiful terrace. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with storage space and a large and bright en-suite bathroom. Stay Unique is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring privacy during your stay, and you will have Wi-Fi connection. Access to the accommodation is available from 3:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can check the availability of early check-in, subject to an additional charge.
