The guesthouse in the garden provides an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette and living area with a sleep-on sofa. The outdoor area offers you a private 25 foot pool, with sun beds and a covered dining patio with a wet bar and barbecue/grill. The first floor features a modern living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a screened in breakfast room, powder, and a bedroom. The bedroom can be configured with 2 twin beds or a king bed and includes an en-suite bathroom and independent air conditioning.
