Cozy apartment in a central location. Situated in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants, and typical shops. It is possible to comfortably reach the main attractions of the city on foot, just a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce. The space Located on the first floor without an elevator of a typical Florentine building, the apartment consists of: two double bedrooms (all beds are separable), a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table, a spacious bathroom, and a bright balcony with a view of the Church of Santa Croce. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.  Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.
