In addition, the property has solar panels, with 2 power backup batteries, a 500-gallon water tank, a solar water heater, an electric backup water heater system, security cameras outside the property, an alarm system and a shared patio. Guest access Inside, you will have access to the entire unit. Outside, they have access to the balcony and patio, which is shared with the guests of the other units.
