The space Graça is one of the most vibrant and authentic neighborhoods in the city of Lisbon. Known for its stunning overlooks, it offers charming panoramic views of the city, the river, the sea and the other shore. The streets are full of life, with a welcoming, poetic atmosphere and people from all over the world. Here, traditional restaurants, shops, co-work spaces, local fairs mix, providing a truly Lisbon experience. It is a place where people come together, share stories and celebrate the unique culture of this cosmopolitan city. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide a harmonious stay, where simplicity meets comfort. Your ideal residence for an extended stay in this charming city. →BUILDING The apartment is on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor and then there is one more floor with stairs. It is located 500 meters from the historic center of the Graça neighborhood, close to several tourist attractions of interest and with easy access to public transport to explore the city from A to Z. Despite its proximity to the neighborhood, the apartment is in a very quiet area, perfect for resting after an intense day. →BEDROOMS The rooms offer an intimate atmosphere, with natural and minimalist decor, creating the perfect setting for a rejuvenating rest. Bedroom 1 - A queen size sommier (160cm x 200cm) Bedroom 2 - Two single sommiers (90cm x 200cm). Both rooms have an open wardrobe for better organization and space utilization. →DINING/LIVING ROOM A comfortable and inviting dining and living room with a sofa bed, two armchairs, TV, board games, some books, a dining table, Wi-Fi and a comfortable atmosphere in communion with the unobstructed outdoor balcony, so you can enjoy your stay in a relaxed manner. →BATHROOM The bathroom includes a bathtub with a mixer faucet, toilet and countertop with a sink, hairdryer, towels (face, hands and body) and some amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. A first aid kit is also available. →KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, magic wand, citrus juicer, etc., as well as some basic essentials for preparing meals. →BALCONY A wonderful space at sunrise, great for an outdoor breakfast and where you can relax, have a drink and take in the breathtaking view of the Tagus River and the city that enchants the senses. →LAUNDRY / PANTRY Place for laundry treatment for storage of essential goods and cleaning products. Equipped with a water heater, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom and mop. Other things to note OTHER INFORMATION → The property has basic items that are provided upon your arrival, including some hygiene and laundry products for the first few days, such as toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergents, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy. Replacing or restocking these items is not included. → For reasons of hygiene and maintenance, we ask our guests to take off their shoes at the entrance to the apartment so that the maintenance of the carpets is facilitated and so that the house is always properly sanitized for everyone. → Bed and Bath Linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed on your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. An extra fee will be charged for "Late Check-in" requests - €20 - (10 p.m. to 12 a.m.) and €30 (after 12 a.m.) (this amount must be paid in cash at check-in). Only one set of keys will be available. → Check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. The keys must be placed on the entrance hall counter. → During their stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please do not leave the keys inside the lock as it makes it impossible to open it from the outside. In case of need for technical assistance for opening the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs of this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. → All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information before or at the time of check-in. Please note that a mandatory tourist tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. → A crib is available upon prior request for a maximum capacity of two children and is subject to an additional cost of € 10. → For stays of 28 days or more, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately.
