Welcome to Four Sisters Lakeside, a lovely 3BR all-brick home. This retreat is situated on Fort Patrick Henry - with a lake view from every window! It has a coveted end of the road privacy and top of the hill views at the tip of the peninsula. Watch the deer in the woods and boats on the lake. The ultimate lakefront experience, you'll find a combination of luxury and comfort for a family of up to 8, including a two-story huge screened-in porch and open-concept living space. The open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms are designed for socializing, seamlessly connecting all three areas. The flat screen TVs (both in the living room and on the porch), and comfortable leather furniture in the living room, makes you feel right at home. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals from home, including cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, all pots/pans, grill, and more. The dining room table is complete with seating for 8. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and meals on our porch, complete with comfortable patio furniture to relax and gather with your friends and family. This lakefront retreat has comfortable sleeping for a family of eight. Bedroom One is the master, equipped with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with a tub and shower. Enjoy the lake view, and open the sliding screen doors to your very own porch, with just a short walk on our paved trails down to the serene lake. Bedroom Two is across the hall, also with a king bed, and has a stunning view of the lake, showcasing the other side of the peninsula. Down the hall is the second bathroom, complete with a tub and shower. Bedroom Three is downstairs, with two twin beds, across from the large recreation room, which also has its own porch, with direct access to the lake. The recreation room also has a comfortable pull-out couch, with sleeping for two additional people. Also located in the recreation room is a dining table, as well as a sink and cabinets for your food storage needs. Feel free to enjoy some games of ping-pong in our garage. We also have a dock which provides lake access. This home is a 5 minute car ride to the popular Warrior’s Path State Park, which offers kayaking, boating, canoeing, and hiking. This home is 10 minutes from downtown Kingsport, full of mom-and-pop eateries, bakeries, clothing stores, and antique stores, to name a few. Close to Bays Mt. Park and Reserve. Close to East TN State University, and Bristol Motor Speedway. Steps and mobility: There are steps to get into the house. If you are mobility challenged, and steps are hard, please do not choose this property. Guests are to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver at the end of my listing description. Liability Waiver You understand that using the sidewalk to get to the dock, swimming, and use of the dock is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the sidewalk to get to the dock, swimming and use of the dock. There are no handrails next to the sidewalk. Proceed at your own risk. Life jackets and floats are not provided by host. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using the sidewalk to get to the dock, swimming, and use of the dock and hold owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers to swimming and dock usage that may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the dock and swimming. You must check for debris in the water before jumping off the dock/using the slide on the dock. If a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kinds of drugs or medications, or while pregnant, you agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the sidewalk to get to the dock, swimming, and the dock. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand and that they acknowledge that booking this rental constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the owner and guests.
