Welcome to our rustic "chalet" on two lush acres near the lake! Eclectic decor, art, and creative touches featured throughout. Warm and inviting, with plenty of space to sprawl. We proudly welcome vacationers, business travelers, and are soon able to accommodate small corporate functions. What really sets us apart is our stellar location only 12 mi to downtown Eugene, 12 mi to the Eugene airport, nestled in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the serene Fern Ridge Lake, a popular recreational area. The space Located on two rural acres, we feature a large, rustic private space with beautiful views of the southwest area of Fern Ridge Lake. Seasonally there are many recreational activities including boating, kayaking, SUP, swimming, and fishing, and we are within close proximity to boat launches, swimming areas, local stores, restaurants, and many other amenities. Fern Ridge Lake is a very large reservoir (9000 acres total), and seasonally for a few months during the winter, it trickles down to just a small river. Guest access The entire 2200 sqft house, back deck, garage, and circular driveway are available for exclusive guest use. Some of the outside areas are shared, and some areas that are exclusive to hosts are marked accordingly. Other things to note Our property is located in a rural neighborhood, while still close to many amenities and services. The published guidebook showcases an extensive list of favorites. Our internet provider is Spectrum, which utilizes Verizon cellular towers. Like all properties in our neighborhood, we are on our own well water and septic systems. While the tap water is completely safe to consume, you might detect a slight sulfur aroma. We provide a water jug station in the kitchen for your intake enjoyment. The bedroom sheets are all organic bamboo cotton, and we have simply not found an effective solution for a completely wrinkle-free display, but they're soft!
