Large Double Attic Room in Greenbank BS5

Forget your worries in this spacious bright double Attic room situated on the 2nd/top floor. There are no other rooms on the top floor so it's Ideal for both home working & tourists and if you like your own space. There are blinds on the skylight windows. Plenty of space for yoga, etc. The room backs on a cycle path and the garden, so it is very quiet. Couples are welcome but please note that this is a Small Double bed. Please communicate with me before making a reservation. The space Location: The house is located 10-12 minutes’ walk from St Marks Road with its famous alternative cafes and Sweet Mart supermarket. Matter Health food shop is less than 10 min walk. Buses will take you to town in abt 10 minutes and you can walk to Cabot Circus (Centre) in 25 minutes via the cycle path next to the house or you may cycle in less than 10 minutes. Guest access You are welcome to use the garden, also iron and ironingboard. You will share the main bathroom with myself and occasionally another guest. The house has 2 toilets. Unfortunately the kitchen is not available but there is a fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates and a microwave oven at your disposal in the lounge. During your stay Please dont hesitate to contact me for anything : by text/call/in person Happy to interract with my guests or/and give them space Other things to note I am reasonably flexible regarding time of arrivals(including dropping your luggage) but it will need to be agreed in advance, giving me clear notice & communication. Free parking outside the house. Bicycle is available to use during your stay. For guest staying 7 nights or more I can do a machine wash free of charge per week. Further use will require a payment of £5.00 per load. As this is a quiet house and neighbourhood please refrain from loud music or noise after 10.00 pm.
