One bdrm in shared flat

Cheap and cheerful - All the basics for you to have a comfortable stay. Accommodation consists of a room in my flat. 🌈 Note, I will try to accommodate arrival times the best I can, but this is not a 24/7 manned check-in desk. I do have a job and other commitments, and am offering a fairly central room at a reasonable rate, thus will require guests to be flexible with check in times as well. The space One level flat on the ground floor of multi-unit bldg. Guest access Guests can chill / work in the lounge - living room area. Kitchen is available with fridge space for food storage and minor meal prep as required. Guests will have access to main bathroom whereas host mainly uses ensuite bathroom. Other things to note Please note - the bedroom window faces a street. Although not a busy street, the window is at street level so one can hear voices / vehicle noise through the window. - In the interest of full disclosure, in case one expects absolute silence. There also might be noises heard from the family living above. The bdrm doors are not lockable. Lost keys and key fob will incur a replacement fee.
