The apartment is in a pretty urbansation, on a quiet street. There is just one other apartment on the same floor and one below. Central air conditioning or heating provides comfort throughout the year. The bedrooms all have blackout blinds, for a perfect nights sleep: Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and large built-in wardrobes Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds & large built-in wardrobes Bedroom 3: Double Bed & large built-in wardrobes The open plan living/dining space has a large dining table and a spacious sofa area, where the new smart TV can be used to login to your accounts for Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. The entire room also has wall-to-wall full-length glass doors to make the most of the amazing view. On the large balcony there are sun-loungers and a sofa/seating area where you can dine outside. A full-length, electric toldo (sunshade) provides shade if required. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you might need for your stay, including coffee machine, fridge freezer & more. High speed WiFi ensures that remote working is easy, and parking is available for free in a large car park, just next door to the apartment building (NB. no allocated or guaranteed space, but even in summer there are usually spaces available, and you can park in any available spot) We can provide helpful recommendations for local sights, restaurants and activities.
