Admirable studio in São Paulo near the subway

Beautiful studio in the center of SP, in the Setin Downtown São Luis building (SECOND FLOOR, POTENTIAL NOISE), near the Anhangabaú metro station, new and well-located apartment, with all the facilities that the Consolação neighborhood can offer, such as: transportation, excellent restaurants, easy access to Congonhas and Guarulhos airports, near Av. Paulista, next to Rua Augusta and other neighborhoods in SP. Check-in and check-out times are not flexible, because I have guests daily! The space It has a double bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi (router is in the apartment next door), cutlery, glasses, dishes, Nespresso electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, bedding, towels, minibar, air conditioning, iron, hangers, etc. Guest access It has a laundry (paid separately), fitness center, swimming pool, Wi-Fi, etc. You can only receive 1 visitor once, during the entire stay, remembering that you will need to inform their data in advance (full name, document number and time of entry/exit), they will not be able to use the pool and gym, and also, will have to enter after 9 a.m. and leave by 9 p.m. (if any of these rules are not followed, a fine will be charged). The pool is open and can be used by guests (visitors do not have access, subject to a fine). It usually operates from TUESDAY TO SUNDAY, subject to change without notice (7 a.m. - 11 p.m.). On MONDAY, THE POOL AREA DOES NOT OPEN. Remember that eating/drinking/smoking in the pool area and listening to music on the speaker are not allowed (subject to a fine). The pool and fitness center are managed by the condominium, both can close at any time! Other things to note IF YOU DELAY CHECK-OUT TOO LATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED HALF A DAY OR ONE MORE DAY (DEPENDING ON HOW LONG YOU DELAYED CHECK-OUT). ANY BROKEN ITEM IN THE PROPERTY WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE STAY. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT OR LIGHTING INCENSE, IF THIS OCCURS, A FINE OF R$ 300 WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE STAY.
