Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal, and there is a dining area with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your creations. Our apartment is located in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. We can't wait to host you during your stay in NYC! As is common in NYC, the heating pipes may produce loud sounds (banging, knocking, or hissing) when the heat turns on and off. While this can be surprising for first-time visitors, it is normal, safe, and part of how older NYC buildings operate. Once you booked, you agree to report any issues within 24 hours of arrival so that it can be addressed and fix right away. Issues that are reported after 24 hours will not be subjected for a refund or any form of compensation. Guest understands that the host is not responsible for anything that occurs outside the apartment, including but not limited to weather conditions, outdoor sounds, and travel delays.
