Ideal for a family or group of friends. The space This 3 bed detached house in a quiet residential area comprises: Spacious lounge with TV. Large fully equipped dining kitchen including staple cooking ingredients and patio doors leading to the garden. Downstairs cloakroom/wc. Small understairs workspace. Master king-size bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and ensuite showeroom. Double bedroom with open clothes hanging /storage. Single bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers . We are able to provide a travel cot with bedding plus a highchair for those travelling with infants. This needs to be requested at the time of booking and incurs an additional charge of £10. Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower with screen. Enclosed private rear garden with raised decking and lawned area, outdoor dining and seating plus gas BBQ. Small front garden including private hedged seating area with small bistro table. Off road parking for 2 cars to the rear of the property. Complimentary welcome pack on arrival. Guest access Access to the property is via self check in using a lock box. The code for retrieving the property keys from the lock box will be sent to guests on the day of arrival. Guests have undisturbed use of the whole property throughout their stay. Other things to note There is a comprehensive hard copy guest information folder at the property with details about the property, facilities, local amenities and places to visit. For those wishing to plan in advance of their arrival, guests can also find information on places to visit and eat in our online guidebook. There will be a weekly cleaning service with bedding and towel change for any guests staying for more than 7 nights. Guests will be notified in advance regarding timing.
