A modern, bright and spacious 2 bed home located in rural Leicestershire. Offering superb access, just 5 mins off of the M1, for both business and pleasure. Our home has 2 bedrooms, one large double and one single/twin, a bathroom with an amazing shower (no bath), a separate lounge and an open plan kitchen diner. There is also a private and enclosed garden with a relaxed seating area. The village is full of charm with 2 pubs, a lovely bistro, local shop and plenty of dog walks. The space The house is our home so we do have belongings and photos dotted about. It is modern and airy, with underfloor heating throughout the downstairs. A separate lounge and kitchen diner, a full working kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) and a downstairs loo. Upstairs in the main bathroom, unfortunately there is not a bath but there is a shower with constant hot water. Towels and basic soap/shower gel will be provided. The main bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and an area for hanging clothes. The second bedroom has a single bed with a TV and a wardrobe. This room can be made into a twin room easily as there is a spare bed within the single one, should you need the twin setting up please let us know. We also have a weights bench in here, which can be used should you want. The garden is compact, with a seating area, an artificial lawn and a large pond. The cushions for the outdoor seating can be found in the big storage box to the left of the back door (and 2 under the sofa - the very large box, isn't quite large enough). Please keep an eye on pets and children around the pond at all times, we take no responsibility for any incidents that may occur. The large shed on the property will be locked at all times, I may need to access this from time to time but I will let you know if the need arises. You can access the back of the property via the garden gate at the side of the property, which is perfect for washing down a muddy pooch after a walk (there is a hose and tap at the back of the house). There will only be street parking available and we ask for you to only park in front of our house. We would like to keep friendly with the neighbours. If you have two cars then please park a little way down the road (just not outside anyone's front door). Guest access You can access all parts of the house but we have put locks on a few of the drawers just so we can keep some of our personal items there. The shed is out of bounds.
