No refund for modification of confirmed reservation, e.g. shorten confirmed length of stay, made by guest during his/her stay. Guest must report to us (the villa owner) as soon as possible, if there is any sudden failure of any part of the villa. Such sudden failure if it is repairable within two days, can not be accepted by us as a reason for the guest to get refund for his/her modification in his/her confirmed reservation.
