Nestled in a central location makes it just 30 minutes away from the bustling Los Angeles International Airport, and a mere 20 minute drive to the enchanting Disneyland. The space BREAKDOWN: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Twin futon Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed Full Bathroom with essential amenities Fully Equipped Kitchen In unit Laundry Room Ample parking space on property (please do not block driveway!) Guest access At the front door, you will find a metal door covering a regular wooden door. The metal door SHOULD be unlocked. Open the metal door to see a smart keypad. Enter code #(provided when booked) and push the ✅ and that will open the door! Note: In case, the metal door is not able to open there is a physical lock-box hanging on the metal door. That will have a physical key for backup. Please contact us for the lock-box code in case this happens. A few days before your arrival, we will send you comprehensive check-in instructions so be sure to refer to those before arrival! Thank you! Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING To help ensure a smooth and secure stay, kindly review the following: Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors. Please keep noise levels low, especially outdoors. No parties or large events unless pre-approved. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Available upon request and subject to availability. Standard check-in: 3:00 PM Standard check-out: 11:00 AM Security & Privacy For your safety, exterior security cameras may be present. There are no cameras inside the home. Bathroom layout: This is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The one bathroom is inside Bedroom 1, so guests staying in Bedroom 2 or the living room will need access through Bedroom 1 to use the bathroom.
