Guest access The entire apartment as well as the hot tub are available for guest use. The spiral staircase is not for guest use unless you are also renting the top/basement levels. Other things to note Please note that the there is some potential for noise from the road and from the suites above and below. It is possible to hear muted footsteps from above. EV charging is available in the parking area, with a Level 2 ChargePoint charger.
