The staff in charge of handing over the keys will not hand over the keys until this process is fully completed. The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay). RESPONSIBILITY Booking the house implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read the property rules that will be posted carefully. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For irresponsible behavior, the owner may ask guests to leave the house immediately, without the right to compensation or refund. It is forbidden to use the house with more occupants than the house's capacity. Guests are responsible for the proper care of the house during their stay and agree to return it in the same condition in which the house and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the house. If there are any defects in the house, please notify us immediately and we will try to fix them as soon as possible. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the garbage in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:59 PM will incur a surcharge of €40. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional charge as appropriate. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the house to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting. There will be a €50 fee for each set of keys lost.
