Internally, the villa consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and a large living room with a kitchenette. The property includes a beautiful terrace and garden where you can spend relaxing moments in the greenery and in total silence. Guest access The villa is located within a protected and unspoiled park, it is not possible to reach the accommodation with your own car, for this reason The Host provides guests with free parking in Santa Margherita Ligure where you can park your car throughout your stay, from there the shuttle will take you to the house for check-in (we recommend that you do your shopping before your arrival). To get from the house to Paraggi or Portofino, you can walk directly through the wonderful paths of the Park (we recommend that you pack comfortable shoes for getting around). For the return home, the host provides a free shuttle service between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. From 8:00 p.m. to midnight, you can request a shuttle service to return home for an additional cost of €40. The host remains available for any need. Other things to note Check-in is free until 7:00 p.m. For arrivals after this time, there is a surcharge of €20 per person. Please kindly communicate your arrival time in advance, in order to ensure a proper organization of the reception.
