Nicely decorated studio apartment in the heart of the action. One block from the beach and walking distance from restaurants and attractions, this cosy apartment will be a great home away from home for your vacation. It is equipped with a kitchenette so you can cook during your stay, a main room with a king size bed and a sofa bed that can fit up to 3 people comfortably. The building has a pool and jacuzzi on the ground floor and a laundry room on the second floor. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. (there is an elevator & a staircase to get access to it) It has a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. Sofa and bed ARE IN THE SAME room as it is a studio. We offer internet TV, a bar dining area for 2/3 and a kitchenette with mini fridge, stovetop & microwave, toaster and a coffee machine. You also have pots & pans, plates, drinking glasses and more. The apartment can welcome 3 people. I can also lend you a baby crib if needed upon request and availability. It is located less than 5 blocks from Publix Supermarket, Target Supermarket, Ross & TJ MAXX, Best Buy, Petco, Total wine & THE VERY famous OCEAN DRIVE. It is also a short drive from Star Island, Downtown, Brickell & Miami International Airport. Guest access Guests have access to their own apartment, the lobby, the pool area & laundry room on the 2nd floor (located left when stepping out of the elevator). Guests can also enjoy a nice "Kava" (at additional charge as it it an independent business) at the Kava Bar downstairs next to the lobby, breakfast at “Maman Bakery” and diner at “Motek” Mediterranean cuisine. Other things to note AIRBNB EXPERIENCE We hope and wish our potential/future guests understand that Airbnb is NOT the same experience as A HOTEL therefore we do not provide daily cleaning or provide additional supplies during their stay. NECESSITIES We will provide you with all the necessities to start (towels, sheets, toilet paper, dish soap, extra garbage bag, shampoo, body soap, conditioner & hand soap) but it is the guest responsibility after that. CLEANING SERVICES If ever our guests want a cleaning we can provide this service at an extra cost. It will also include a refresh of sheets towels & supplies. Just let us know and we will be happy to send you a housekeeper. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the building in private & common areas (walkway included) please use the outside front of the building to do so.
