Other things to note ATTENTION! ENERGY CONSUMPTION DURING STAY: DUE TO CONSTANT INCREASES THAT IMPACT THE PRICE OF ENERGY, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION PER kWh THAT THE GUEST CONSUMES DURING THE STAY. The entire process will be fully transparent to the guest, who will receive an explanation of how the charge will work at the time of check-in, at which time the guest will acknowledge and agree to the charge. Although the total amount per kWh we pay is MORE than R$1.00 (one real) per kWh, our fee will be $0.80 (eighty cents) per kWh that the guest consumes during their stay. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the first day of the stay and check-out is until 12:00 p.m. on the last day of the stay. Outside these hours, an extra fee may apply.
