The space HILLTOP HEAVEN is a spectacular residence run exclusively by BLAUSITGES. It was built in 2001 and designed following the influence of the famous Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta Vilchis, who stood out for the innovative use of vibrant colors and the geometric shapes that dance in perfect harmony, becoming his hallmark. Legorreta knew how to perfectly merge functionality with beauty and modernity, integrating natural elements and colors of Mexican inspiration in harmony with the environment. He was also a master creating aesthetically attractive and sustainable environments that transcended the ordinary. Highlights the architect's use of large panels on the main walls of the homes with small square windows that are not only an artwork, but also a dance with light as they allow him to control the interior temperature and embrace the energy of the sun, inviting us to daydream. All of these features are clearly visible in our spectacular HILLTOP HEAVEN that we now present. This unique construction is a tribute to beauty, functionality and harmony. HILLTOP HEAVEN rises high on a hillside, defying gravity with elegance. Its design is designed to save the slope of the hillside, so it has several flights of stairs, each of which is a step towards magic. The main entrance is on the top of the villa, while the garden area and pool are on the lowest part of the property. On entry level there are two large bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has two double beds and from its large windows you can perfectly appreciate the architecture with the Legorreta seal. The other bedroom on this level is equipped with a double bed, a sofa and a table with chairs, but the highlight of this room is a gigantic world map that adorns the main wall. Here past trips and future destinations intertwine, creating a canvas of adventures to explore. Down a first flight of stairs you reach the intermediate level or main level, where the day area and most of the house services are located. In this spacious double-height stay there is a large fully equipped open kitchen, a bar with several stools, a small attached room to the kitchen with additional storage, the indoor dining room and a toilet with a sink and a separate WC. But the strong point of this level is the spectacular terrace, located a few meters from the kitchen, with a large outdoor table and a barbecue. The terrace, like an infinity viewpoint with unbeatable views, invites us to share moments. The table for 12 guests is the epicenter of laughter, dinners under the stars or secrets at sunset. The awning, like a hug, protects us from the sun or lets us dance with the moon. The gas barbecue is more than a place to cook. It's where souvenirs are simmered, where stories are seasoned with laughter and where the scent of summer blends with the sea breeze. Back inside and down a small flight of stairs, we find the living room equipped with two sofas, two armchairs and a TV. On this same level there is a small outdoor living room with two more armchairs. The fireplace, although purely decorative, heats the soul and is complicit in the confidences shared on the sofas. This area is decorated with clear tones and natural materials that integrate perfectly with the architecture of the house and envelop us, enhancing a pleasant feeling of freedom, privacy, space and balance with the environment. Down one more flight of stairs we find a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Then there is a small library, with two comfortable armchairs and a view that will make our guests doubt whether to continue reading or admire the landscape. There is also a small terrace with outdoor furniture on this level. Without moving from the level where the library is we found another bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level of the house there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom shared between both rooms with bathtub, videt, and two sinks. At the lowest level, a second kitchen is complicit in the fun. Fridge, freezer and dishwasher come together to make the pool and garden your only destinations. A peculiarity of this kitchen is that it has left one of the living rock walls that makes it a very peculiar place. And finally, we get to the crown jewel: HILLTOP HEAVEN's garden area and pool, which offers a spectacular space to relax, sunbathe, or bathe enjoying the same heart attack views as from the rest of the house. One level below the pool there is a terrace with artificial grass and some sun loungers waiting for you to stretch and the sun pet your skin. Here the weather seems to stop and every hour becomes an anti-stress treatment express. HILLTOP HEAVEN with good internet connection throughout the house and most of the bedrooms are equipped with AC and storage space. It is also possible to park a medium car within the property boundaries, although it is usually easy to park on the street in front of the villa. We recommend having your own car to stay in this property, although it is not essential since there is a local bus service that connects the Levantina urbanization with the center of Sitges during the day and at night you can use the local taxi service. The international airport of Barcelona is only 30 Km away, the beach of La Marina de Aiguadolç (the closest one) is about 2 Km away and the historic and commercial center of Sitges 4.5 Km away.
