Access to the house is through the garage, you only need to go up a few steps, and upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a large corridor that invites you to relax with views of the garden. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Right next to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining room and the cozy living room. Going up a small flight of stairs from the living room, you’ll access the 4 private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. Then, a couple more steps will take you to the house’s small terrace. At the heart of the property is the pool, where you can spend a refreshing afternoon. The pool area is equipped with a pavilion where you can relax in the shade, with two tables and five chairs at each. There is also a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor gatherings. From this central area or from inside the house, you can access the cozy little terrace. This space has two tables and seating for 12 people, ideal for sharing a glass of wine, coffee, or tea while enjoying the view of the Sesesmil River and birdwatching.
