There is a King bed and also a pull out couch, if you want to sleep 4. We also have the 2 bedroom villa next door for anyone looking for a 3 bedroom that sleeps 12 total. We are a family that is not using the resort this year. The price is below the other listings because we only rent once a year and don't have premier host, so I keep the price low to rent it.
