This is a unique home away from home, with everything you need to enjoy a magical trip to Buffalo/Niagara Falls. Comfy, clean and with lots of charming extras, including two fireplaces, fully equipped eat in kitchen, formal dining room, piano/smart tv in sitting room, private study on second floor, three comfy guest rooms/beds/pillows and more. The space Each room of this home is filled with charm, original artwork, and a perfect blend of a modern & antique furnishings. Everything is clean, from top to bottom, (including comforters) between guests. The main floor features a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and large entryway. The second floor features three bedrooms, a study and a full bathroom. *Note - this property has a first and second floor, with bedrooms and bath on second floor, so not ideal for disabilities. Also, no washer/dryer is included in this property. Owner resides in an apartment in back of house with a separate entrance/yard/etc. Guest access Guests have access to ALL of the areas listed above. There is one private room on the first floor and one private room on second floor, for personal storage. Those two rooms and basement are not accessible. Other things to note Other than registered guests, we request that no additional people/animals are invited to property, as we keep a low profile for our wonderful neighbors.
