AIR CONDITION Our A/C adheres to the most energy efficient design in support of a cleaner and greener environment. Thermostat is motion activated. If it does not detect motion for around 4 hours, it automatically shuts off and go on standby mode. Please press the power ON upon entry to the unit in order to start cooling or warming. PARKING 2 parking assigned to the unit! Visitor first come first serve POOL Depending on your schedule of stay, these are the pools available for your use, subject to change by property management. Please note that both pools are UNSUPERVISED, and booking with us means you accept responsibility for the use Pool Hours 12:00 - 8:00 pm . under 12 years of age are NOT allowed within the pool enclosure UNLESS accompanied by a parent or guardian who is not less than 16 years of age. No food, drink, or alcohol is allowed in both pools. Please remember that you are using the pool at your own risk. Please do not use it if you are intoxicated or are unable to swim properly. Always dip into the pool with caution and a safety-first mindset. BBQ PAVILIONS The BBQ grills are available on a first-come, first served basis. Please bring your own BBQ tools. FIRE PITS No glass is allowed on fire pits and kids must be accompanied by adults.
