The bedroom has a large window that gives access to another balcony facing Calle Segovia, with exceptional views. - The second bedroom has TWO 0.90 m TWIN beds and a TV, a cabinet with a low coat rack and a chest of drawers. - The third bedroom has a BUNK BED with two 0.90 m mattresses, two desks for studying / working, and a built-in closet. The secondary bedrooms share a large bathroom with natural light. All pillows and beds are made of carbon fiber. - Two bathrooms, which, with the shower and LED mirrors, have a modern and beautiful design that is very functional. Kitchen and dining room: The kitchen-dining room is clearly divided into two areas. With its 3 large windows, it is very bright, overlooking the cathedral. The entertainment area with a large Smart TV, a comfortable sofa bed with a chaise longue, a table for 8, and two large windows that give access to a large balcony facing Calle Segovia, offers spectacular views of the Cathedral. The dining area is further inside the house and close to the kitchen. The price includes: 2 towels per person, sheets, shampoo/gel for the first few days, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, heating/air conditioning, large appliances (washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, hood) and small appliances (toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker, juicer, hand blender, kitchen utensils and kitchenware). Other things to note Upon arrival at the apartment, one of us will welcome you. Check-ins are free of charge from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-ins after 9 pm and until 11 pm will incur a surcharge of €30 to be paid by the guest upon key handover. If due to circumstances beyond my control (delay in your flight, etc.), you arrive after 11:00 PM, check-in in this case will be €35, to be paid at the time of key handover. We offer early check-in and late check-out at no additional charge, as long as there is availability in the apartment. Check-in until 11:00 PM is guaranteed, and check-in availability can be checked after that time. The guest will bear the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetting them inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to opening the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are absolutely prohibited. This is subject to penalties from the relevant authorities. Beds and towels are prepared for the number of people listed in the reservation. If you are going to need the sofa bed, please indicate in advance so that bedding can be left for you. No more people are allowed to stay than those indicated when booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, taking special care in the summer months. There are containers on each floor of the building for this purpose. Orange lid for general garbage, brown for organic garbage. There are containers for recycling glass, cardboard, etc. on Carrera de San Francisco, across the street and to the left when leaving the apartment. Leave the house tidy before you leave.
