While it offers 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor, additional interior steps are required to access the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the washer/dryer in the basement - Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, and 1 camera is located at the parking lot facing the shared parking area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - NOTE: Please keep in mind that Lake Erie has mayflies, spiders, and other insects in the warmer months.
