Newley renovated home located in NW Pennsylvania in Warren County on a rural paved road with no immediate neighbors. This laid-back 3 bedroom, 1 bath haven ideal for you and your loves ones. Remoldeled in 2024, this cozy vacation home provides all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. A spacious open floor plan with a loft style gameroom with access to the balcony will provide plenty of room for you and your family. A sweeping backyard, fire pit and outdoor seating also await your stay. The space Upon arriving at the home you will enter into the well-stocked kitchen, attached is a cozy breakfast nook with seating for 2. To the left is the stairwell to the loft. The steps are steep but there are double handrails. Back downstairs is a high-top dining table with room for 7, the living room is attached so everyone is included. There are 3 bedrooms just off the living area, the largest features a double bed with a picture window overlooking the front of the home. There are 2 smaller bedrooms to the back, one is setup with 2 twin beds and the other has a queen bed. The red sofa in the living area has a pullout bed for additional guests. The bathroom has a tub with shower, the washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom. There is propane heat to keep you cozy on those chilly evenings. Guest access There is a horseshoe driveway for our guests to use during their stay. Guests will enter through the kitchen door with the keypad lock. The back yard can be accessed through the attached garage or by walking around the home. The lower level of the garage and the building to the right of the home is not available to guests. Other things to note There is a window ac unit is located in the dining area. and one in each of the smaller bedrooms to the back. The cement block construction of the home keeps it pretty cool in the summer months as long as the dehumidifiers are kept running!! The gameroom on the 2nd floor is not cooled but has a door that can be opened to the outside. Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted within the home. Newly added Starlink internet.
