The space The villa consists of a main two-storey building with a living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the first floor with three bedrooms and three independent bathrooms complete with everything. In the master bedroom, a sliding door leads to an additional bedroom with two single beds, ideal for two children. On the ground floor, the living area consists of a large dining room with kitchen, laundry room with toilet, a huge living room ideal for families or large groups and a relaxation area with ping pong table, video games and children's games. The sliding door of the relaxation room connects to the first annex, which is also equipped with a kitchen and dining room and a bedroom for up to 4 people with a private bathroom. From the outside, you can access the second annex, which, like the first, consists of a kitchen, living room, full private bathroom and, on the first floor, two bedrooms for up to 4 people connected by a sliding door. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of Mount Etna to the west and from the garden and terraces the Ionian coast and the sea. The latest generation infinity pool measures 10 metres by 5 metres, the outdoor space around the house on three sides is the exclusive property of the villa.
