Florida Vibes Bungalow

Located in the lovely downtown New Port Richey historical district. This cute bungalow is designed to reflect a "beachy” lifestyle. We believe that when you take a vacation, our house should make you feel like you are on one! This bungalow sits on the back of a large property with my other Florida Vibes Home located at the front of the same lot. It has an alley entrance which has its own designated driveway. This house fits 2 guest perfectly but can accommodate up to 4 with an additional fee. The space This house has 1 master bedroom with a queen bed, a new queen size mattress, and a new padded fabric headboard. Our mattresses and pillows are all covered with protectors so that they always remain like new and clean! The room also has a mounted 20" flatscreen TV. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, new stove, new refrigerator, new counter tops, and a new tile floor. We have stocked it with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. There is also an ironing board and iron in the bedroom closet. We have supplied all of the amenities that you will need to enjoy your stay... just bring your clothes! The living room is very spacious and has a new L-shaped sectional sofa with new pillows. There is a rollaway bed here, too! The living room has a 32" flat screen TV with a Roku streaming device. This room leads out into an enclosed sunroom that has a wrought iron bench and a table for 2 with sides that fold out so that it will seat 4 people. The sun room is decorated in an old fashioned flamingo style. It features flamingo pillows and artwork. The bathroom features a pedestal sink and a stand up shower. The toilet and the fixtures are new. It is decorated in a vintage surfboard theme. We have supplied a hair dryer. Every room has also been freshly painted. There is tile throughout the entire house. This house also has new ceiling fans and light fixtures on the inside and outside. There is a large deck on the side of the house with patio furniture, perfect to get in some Florida sunshine! Guest access The entire bungalow and fenced in property is available to use by guests. You may use the driveway at the back of the house for parking. The door is a keypad entry, guests will receive their unique code and instructions after booking. Other things to note Dog friendly with a fee. Pets must be pre-approved. Must be vet flea treated and house trained. Over the counter flea prevention is not acceptable. You must have documentation from a vet verifying that your dog has proper prescribed flea prevention. They must be housebroken and do not chew on furniture. No cats are allowed. No smoking in the house. No exceptions. Security cameras are on mounted outside of the property and records movement. The TVs do not have cable but can be used with your own personal fire stick/Roku devices. We have provided the living room tv with a Roku stick. Please sign in and out of your own streaming apps for your stay. Although our cozy bungalow can sleep UP to 4 people, we do charge an additional guest fee after 2 people. We can provide a roll out bed for the living room if requested in advance. Please commit to the number of guests you’ve made in your reservation.
