Warm blankets, cotton sheets and plush robes have been selected to provide the ultimate feeling of well-being. The property has a private terrace with a beautiful pool, surrounded by nature and an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. During the rainy season (September and October), guests can enjoy a small stream located in the backyard. With a little luck, you'll be able to observe birds, limpets, iguanas, toucans, and other animals typical of the area. We are always available to assist our guests. The house is located in a local neighborhood; for this reason, it is possible to hear some external noises such as dogs. However, by using the fan and air conditioning simultaneously, these sounds are not perceived. The property, with a total of 300 meters, has two private studio houses, each equipped with a private pool and all the necessary amenities, including a queen size bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a terrace overlooking nature. Important: Before booking, check the location of the house: Our house is called Guest House Pura Vida and we are located 50 meters from Cristal House. 🔺 The monthly rent does not include electricity, water and internet services. 🔺 Minors are not allowed. Only adult guests are allowed. Guest access Laundry The property has a washing machine located in the garden, available for shared use. If you need it, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the necessary items and amenities for your laundry. Other things to note Parking information and recommendations: The property's parking lot is shared with another guest staying in the front house. In case your car is large, you can use our alternate parking lot, located two houses before, which is equally safe. To do this, you will be provided with an additional key. Mobility recommendation: We suggest having your own vehicle to facilitate your travel during the stay. Property condition: The house is completely new, built from scratch in February 2024, so all facilities, furniture and finishes are in excellent condition. Sofa bed: The loft has a basic sofa bed. Should you need it, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so that we can provide you with extra blankets and sheets.
