Single Room (O) Haven of Tranquility

This is a single room with a lock on the door. You will be delighted to find the room is spotlessly clean and the bed comes with an electric blanket that guarantees a comfortable and warm night during the winter months. There is lots of storage space for all your things, and a place for a laptop. ☕️ 🍵 tea and coffee, microwave & some basic essentials are in your room. 🚻 shared bathroom which is cleaned daily. Sorry no kitchen. Sorry no pets The space You may be use of a washing machine before 11 a.m. But, due to high usage, a charge of £10, (covers wear and tear and electricity costs.) Please note I take no responsibility for any loss or damage to any clothing.) Guest access This is a family home. We have 2 cats called Susie and Sid, plus 2 dogs called Sally and Charlie. They are at the back of the house where you have no access to. There is no kitchen, but you do have a microwave in your room. During your stay We are available to answer questions and can recommend activities that we have taken part in and can vouch for. You are given privacy when you are settled into your room and you can come and go when you like as there is a key box by the side of the front door. Please do not take the key away from the property. I will provide my the key box code and my mobile number when you book with us. Other things to note There is a good bus service into the City, it takes around 8 minutes to get there. A taxi to the train station costs around £8.00. The University is approx 4 miles away. Free parking No washing machine Do Not bring pets Do not microwave foods with a pugnant smell, like fish or curry.
