The space The Space Kitchen: The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner electric cooktop (no oven), drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls. The kitchen provides all essentials needing for making meals in the apartment. Dining area seats 4 people and is adjacent to windows to enjoy the view of Old Mammoth Rd. Living Room: Living room boasts a couch that can fold out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space (linens provided). Boot trays are provided for ski boots, hiking boots. Smart TV w/ Roku. Bedroom: Bedroom has a queen bed (all linens provided), dresser, large windows (with blackout curtains), sleeping sound machine, closet with hangers, and Smart TV w/ Roku. Bathroom: Bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, single sink, towels provided. Parking: Parking is free and for 1 car only. The parking is immediately outside the apartment in the parking lot. Gear Storage: Ski and snowboard locker is available on the front porch. *Internet connectivity and wifi is not guaranteed due to provider and mountain weather* Transportation: Free year-round town shuttle stop (red Line) is 1/2 block away. Shuttle takes you to the Village and Main Lodge or you can transfer lines and go to Canyon Lodge. Eagle Lodge seasonal shuttle picks up/drops off across the street. Location: Restaurants are next door and more within walking distance. Vons grocery store is 5 minutes walk. Eagle Lodge- 5 min drive, Main Lodge 13 min. Cameras located on property on walkway and parking lot to monitor snow loads. Apartment is ~300 sqft Business Certificate #9382 Guest access The guest has full access to the private apartment. Other things to note 1 car parking spot available (only) immediately outside apartment- no stairs. During winter, the driveway is snow plowed often throughout the day (and night during storms) to ensure access to the apartment & slopes. Snow and storms are part of our mountain weather which gives us great skiing. It is important to be prepared with chains, etc. Refunds will not be given due to chain control or temporary road closures. If you are concerned about weather, we recommend you purchase applicable travel insurance. We generally have fast, reliable internet, but can’t guarantee there will be no interruptions. We do our best to keep our place clear of insects and critters, but we are surrounded by nature so cannot guarantee you won’t encounter any. Bears are active throughout the year so no smelly items (food, etc) should be left in cars overnight. Registration Details 9382
