The space Our single story renovated home w/a fenced yard is in the quiet NW Magnolia Lawton neighborhood. We offer a comfortable pillowtop Beautyrest queen bedroom, an office with a hide-away bed, living room, dining room, fully equip kitchen, washer/dryer with utilities & Wi-Fi included. Hair dryer, iron/ironing board available. Guest access Guest has access to two of the 3 bedrooms and the back yard space. The third bedroom is only used for storage. Guest are the sole occupants of the house. Other things to note World Cup- Stays are subject to a 7-day minimum & are based on market demand vs. list. Enquire within for details. Our House & Cleaning Fee- This is our home & not a hotel- The cleaning fee paid is a 100% pass-through to our professional housecleaner & covers a standard, thorough turnover cleaning. For stays longer than 21 days, an additional $75 deep-cleaning surcharge is required due to the extra cleaning time. We have a gardener come 2x a month March-October & less frequent Dec-Feb. We do our best to inform you of the gardening day; however, sometimes he doesn't make his Puget Sound region rounds to Magnolia on the requested day and shows up a day or two later. We do our best to coordinate the gardening efforts between you and Tot, to allow for you to keep your dog(s) inside or let Tot know your dog is friendly & providing their name(s).
