Our property is also equipped with a GENERATOR for power outages and emergencies regarding the island's sole electric network. Please be aware that accessing the second unit requires navigating stairs, which enhances the sense of separation and privacy between the two spaces. Street parking around the property may be available but is not guaranteed, but a private payed parking lot is available about a block away for a reasonable nightly fee (4-minute walk). Please note that Santurce is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, and as such, ongoing construction may be taking place nearby.
