The space The home is located on a desert hilltop with breathtaking views. You don't even have to leave to see the iconic Joshua trees – they’re right in the backyard! Joshua Tree National Park is also just a ten minute drive away. Enjoy bright, open living space with a beautiful interior design, comfortable beds outfitted with the softest sheets, and an exhaustive list of amenities from a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom to a Nespresso coffee maker (plenty of pods included). Just take your things and go. -Bedrooms- The property has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is one king bed and two queens, all outfitted with extremely soft Nollapelli sheets. The two queens open up directly to the pool area. There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request. -Kitchen- The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, salt/pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. -Workstations- The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and three amazing state-of-the-art workstations, each complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work by the pool! -Fitness Center- The private gym is fully available for use with a Peloton, treadmill, Ergatta rower, weight rack, table tennis and an infrared sauna. There is also a poolside yoga deck which is beautiful first thing in the morning. -Living Space- The living room has Sonos speakers and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. There is also an indoor fireplace and a telescope for stargazing. -Outdoors- The outdoor area is truly spectacular – it is fenced in and private with Joshua Tree views, heated pool/hot tub (operational year-round), fire pit, outdoor shower, a dining table and more. -Bathrooms- The home has three full ensuite bathrooms. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own! -24/7 Concierge- We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions, provide recommendations, and more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home Other things to note The property is accessible via a steep gravel road. For ease of access, we strongly recommend using all-wheel drive vehicles. We welcome children to this home, but it does have a backyard pool accessible from inside the house via sliding glass doors. Children cannot be left unattended. There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control. If you do not enjoy using technology, it may not be the right experience. We are constantly making improvements to the tech, but you do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should it malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all. Whether you’re looking for fun or relaxation, we know you’ll have an incredible stay in our home! Per our rental permit with Yucca Valley, there is a strict car/occupancy rule and the town has the legal right to remove people and their cars not following the below rules: Max during day: 12 people, 6 cars Max overnight: 8 people, 3 cars ACCESSIBILITY The property is accessible via a steep incline. For your safety, please approach slowly and steadily when driving up to the house. We strongly recommend using all-wheel drive vehicles. POOL HEAT The pool is available year-round and can be heated up to a maximum of 85°F. Please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. PET FEE AND POLICY This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens. • Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. • Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file. • Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules.
