This beautiful Studio is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood called Parque Ouro Verde, just minutes from downtown and close to major tourist attractions such as the Three Borders Landmark and the Iguaçu Falls. Additionally, it has easy access to Catuai Shopping Mall and other local shops, pharmacies, and gas stations. The house features a rustic boho decoration, with handmade details crafted by ourselves, with plenty of natural light in the living room. The bedroom and living room are equipped with LG DUAL INVERTER air conditioners to maintain a comfortable temperature during your stay. Additionally, it has high-speed fiber optic internet (500 MB!) and WiFi6 certification so you can work or browse the web with ease. The bed is KING SIZE and NEW, Japanese-style, with a premium LUUNA SUPPORT mattress. It is composed of foams specially designed to reduce movement, minimizing interruptions during rest and contributing to a better sleep experience. For example, the Comfy Thermal foam has a hyper-open cell structure, allowing air circulation, dissipating excess heat. Being a soft foam, it distributes your body weight, providing a feeling of comfort and firmness for your rest. The living room features a sofa that converts into a bed and a LG Premium 4K SmartTV. It's a perfect TV to enjoy your favorite content on Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, and other apps. The house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen with a stove, microwave, and other appliances. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people easily to enjoy a family or friends dinner. Additionally, the neighborhood has a supermarket just 100 meters away, as well as other regional food outlets and services for your convenience. We also offer free airport transfer if you stay for more than 15 days. We are located in a residential neighborhood called PARQUE OURO VERDE, surrounded by trees and friendly neighbors. The city center is only minutes away by car or bus. You'll have an easy two-block walk to Supermercado Amigao, gas station, pharmacy, and fast food outlets (burgers and pizzas). Also, the neighborhood has the new Shopping Catuai Paladium that opened 2 years ago. It's worth noting that the neighborhood is very safe for walking. In fact, we are just a few blocks from the Brazilian Military Police barracks, which provides greater security to the neighborhood. Since we are located in the middle of a residential community (and we greatly appreciate our neighbors), keeping noise very low is very important. If you're a fan of loud music and noisy parties, this place is NOT suitable! Book your stay in our home in Foz do Iguacu and enjoy a unique experience in this beautiful city! Guest access The entire house is available to you. We kindly ask that you respect our home and treat it as if it were your own. It would be greatly appreciated if you do not smoke in the house or on the patio, etc. We do not allow family gatherings, social events, parties, or meetings. We do not work with residents of the region. Laundry service is available upon request and is conveniently located outside the patio. Other things to note We remind you that for the experience to be a success, 50% depends on us and our home, but the other 50% depends on you as super guests!
