This Monsoon Villa is located in Nanded City phase 2 with a breathtaking view of the Khadakwasla dam, Sahyadri Hills and there is a horse riding school right opposite to the property. WiFi is available at 50 mbps with power backup. The property is a simple stand alone duplex. The space There is a living room which is attached to the kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms. One on the upper floor and one on the lower. The washroom is attached to the bedroom on the ground floor. The upper floor was a terrace space to relax and have a wonderful meal with seating arrangements. No AC, we have ceiling fans in all spaces, Wi-Fi (local connection not very reliable), Yes to POWER BACK UP smart 55 inch tv with music system, water purifier, induction cooktop, cooler, geyser - hot water available, fridge, microwave. Free parking space for 2 cars. EV car charging available (paid service) Check-in starts at 3pm Check out by 12pm If you need extra blankets, please ask the care taker. ABSOLUTELY NOT A PLACE TO ORGANISE A PARTY !!!
